Painting Moments
Noel Butler is a North Carolina artist residing in Rocky Mount, NC. Her interest in art started in childhood growing up in the Midwest. Since Starting her art career, she has been accepted into prestigious juried shows across North Carolina and is a teaching artist at the Imperial Arts Center in Rocky Mount. Noel is a self-taught artist who primarily works on mixed media arts and acrylic painting.
Noel is a resident artist at the Tar River Arts Collaborative and owns her own art business Noel Butler Art LLC. She maintains a retail space for her art at The Cotton Company located at 306 S White St, Wake Forest, NC 27587
